Apple is offering a new privacy feature on all of its devices that will inform users whenever their data is being collected by one of the company’s services.
As part of their latest software update, Apple will start showing users an icon that indicates when one of the company’s features is seeking access to personal information.
Users will see a message explaining the icon. The message reads: “Apple believes privacy is a fundamental human right, so every Apple product is designed to minimize the collection and use of your data, use on-device processing whenever possible, and provide transparency and control over your information.”
